Overview
Intellitech is a technology consulting organization that offers businesses of all sizes with vertical-market web-based technology solutions. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.
It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure and IT Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
Intellitech is based in Boston, Massachusetts and founded in 1993. More on intellitech.net.
