Byte Solutions

Byte Solutions provides network support, cloud solution and managed computer services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management, Professional Services and Small and Medium Businesses. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Byte Solutions is based in Pompano Beach, Florida and around since 1995. Their site is bytesolutions.com .

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Byte Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
