Accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Reviews
You own your review and grant Revaw a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, edit for clarity and distribute it. You confirm it reflects your genuine experience and follows the review guidelines. We may remove reviews that break them.
Vendors
Listings must be accurate. Paid plans, Sponsored placements and intros are billed as described on the vendor page, renew monthly unless cancelled, and never affect scores or rank. Refunds are at Revaw's discretion within 14 days of first purchase.
Prohibited
Fake or incentivized-but-undisclosed reviews, scraping, impersonation, and attempts to influence rank outside the published formula. Violations end the account and any plan without refund.
Liability
Revaw provides reviews "as is" and is not liable for purchase decisions made on them. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Law
Florida law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Collier County, Florida.
