Buy leads from buyers who are deciding
Buyers tell Revaw what they need, their budget and their timeline. Each request goes to up to three vendors that fit. You pay per lead, priced by the size of the deal, and nothing when there is no lead.

How a Revaw lead works
A buyer asks to be matched
On Get matched, on category pages and inside our industry buying guides, buyers describe the job, team size, monthly budget and when they plan to decide.
Revaw routes it to three vendors
A product the buyer already named goes first if it is listed. The remaining spots go to the strongest listings in that category: claimed and verified products first, then rating and views.
You unlock and follow up
The lead appears in your vendor dashboard with the request, budget and timeline. Unlock it to see the buyer’s contact details, then reach out. The buyer agreed to hear from you.
Pay per lead, priced by deal size
A lead for a 2,000 dollar a year tool should not cost the same as a lead for a 100,000 dollar contract. Revaw prices each lead from the buyer’s stated monthly budget, then adjusts for how soon they plan to decide and the size of their company. Every vendor who receives the same lead pays the same price.
under 1,000 USD a year
1,000 to 5,000 a year
5,000 to 25,000 a year
25,000 to 100,000 a year
over 100,000 a year
| Adjustment | Multiplier | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Deciding this month | 1.3 | Ready to buy, highest close rate. |
| Next 3 months | 1.0 | The base case. |
| Next 6 months | 0.8 | Early research, longer cycle. |
| Just researching | 0.6 | Nurture lead. |
| Company over 200 people | 1.15 | Larger seats and expansion potential. |
The minimum price is 15 USD. A lead is never sold to more than three vendors. If a buyer leaves a wrong number and a dead email, tell us within 7 days and we credit it.
Who receives the leads?
Only claimed listings can unlock leads. Among claimed listings, Revaw prefers verified products, then the best rated and the most viewed in that category. A listing on a paid plan ranks higher for lead routing than a free one with the same reviews, but no plan and no payment ever changes a product’s score or its position in search results. Read how we keep scores independent.
- Free listing: eligible once claimed. You see the request first and pay only for the leads you unlock.
- Starter, Growth and Scale plans: routing priority inside the category plus included lead credits. See plans.
- Launch program: launched products get routing priority in their category for 30 days. See Launch with Revaw.
What is in a lead
- Category and the product the buyer named, if any
- What they need it to do, in their own words
- Company, company size and industry
- Monthly budget band and decision timeline
- Name, work email and phone when given, unlocked on purchase
- Consent record: the buyer agreed to be contacted by up to three vendors
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a list of leads instead?
No. Revaw never sells lists. Each lead is one buyer who asked to be matched, sent to at most three vendors, with consent recorded.
Do I have to be on a paid plan?
No. A claimed free listing can unlock leads. Paid plans add routing priority and lead credits, nothing more.
How do I pay?
By card in your vendor dashboard when you unlock a lead, or from included credits on a plan.
Does buying leads improve my score or ranking?
No. Scores come from verified reviews only, and search ranking never considers spend. Sponsored placements are always labeled.
How fast should I respond?
Within a business day. Buyers who asked to be matched are comparing three vendors; the first good answer usually wins the demo.
