VividCortex

VividCortex database performance monitoring provides complete visibility for the entire engineering team at scale without overhead. In practice that means running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

The natural audience is people teams and managers. They also list Analytics, Application Performance Management, Database, Developer Tools and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VividCortex is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and around since 2012. More on vividcortex.com.
