Ressio Software

Ressio Software is a construction management software for builders, remodelers, and contractors. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ressio Software is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is ressiosoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
