Radi Tech

Radi Tech is specialized in providing Information Technology Resources (ITR) and solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Radi Tech is based in Edison, New Jersey and around since 2002. More on raditechllc.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
