Kineticiq

Kineticiq is a solution provider for technical and business problems such as software development, web development and IT consulting. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kineticiq is based in Carmel, Indiana. More on kineticiq.com.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
