HLX Studios

HLX Studios is a software development company that provides eCommerce software and automation support to small and medium-sized businesses. In practice that means sequencing calls, emails and tasks so reps work a list instead of guessing.

The natural audience is outbound sales teams. They also list Sales Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

HLX Studios is based in Brooklyn, New York. Their site is hlx.co.

Things worth asking about: deliverability tooling, dialer quality, and seat minimums. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
