Filey

Filey gives you access to all your email attachments from all your mailboxes and puts them into one, simple list. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services, Flash Storage and Music, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Filey is based in San Mateo, California and founded in 2012. More on fileyapp.com.

Our checklist for this category: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Filey, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
