Esc Gov

Esc Gov offers IT solutions for the public sector by structuring and financing private clouds and consumption-based IT solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Esc Gov is based in Mc Lean, Virginia and around since 2003. Their site is escgov.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Esc Gov, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
