Chilliapps

Chilliapps is a software development company that offers a Cloud-based platform to create marketing automation. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Cloud Data Services and Marketing Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Chilliapps is based in Bonsall, California. More on chilliapps.com.

Things worth asking about: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Chilliapps well, your review carries weight here.
