AVASOFT

AVASOFT is the leading provider of innovative modern workplace, data science, mobility, cloud solutions and products. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

AVASOFT is based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania and around since 2009. You can read more at avasoft.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with AVASOFT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
