Arometrix

Arometrix designs and develops fraction finders, extraction finder sensors, adapters, and software for transforming plant extracts. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arometrix is based in Rockville, Maryland. You can read more at arometrix.com.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
