Above Goal

Above Goal is a capital campaign management software designer company for fundraising professionals. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: IT Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Above Goal is based in Piedmont, South Carolina. You can read more at abovegoal.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
