GDN Infotech

GDN Infotech is a business and information technology firm that offers its clients quality services and products. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Local Business. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

GDN Infotech is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. You can read more at gdninfo.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with GDN Infotech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
