Emergent

Emergent is an award winning IT Solutions Provider. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Data Management, Digital Media and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Emergent is based in Vienna, Virginia and founded in 2006. You can read more at emergent360.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Emergent well, your review carries weight here.
