Scalafai

Scalafai helps companies bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day execution through their AI-powered goal management platform. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Productivity Tools, Professional Services and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Scalafai is based in Austin, Texas. More on scalafai.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Scalafai, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
