DroneDeploy

DroneDeploy unifies robotics and AI to deliver fast, confident reality capture operations for field teams . The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Agriculture, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Construction, Drones and Energy, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

DroneDeploy is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2013. Their site is dronedeploy.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with DroneDeploy, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
