Wisetail

Wisetail is a social and collaborative LMS focused on powering great places to work through L&D. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

The natural audience is social and community managers. They also list Corporate Training, E-Learning, Social Media and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wisetail is based in Bozeman, Montana and around since 2008. Their site is wisetail.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Wisetail, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
