Advanced Information Systems Group

Here is Advanced Information Systems Group in plain terms. AISG Inc. is a privately held commercial Systems Engineering, Training, Staff Augmentation & Technology Integration services company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Advanced Information Systems Group is based in Orlando, Florida and founded in 1987. You can read more at aisg.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
