Codistas IT Services

Codistas IT Services provides managed IT and technology solutions that include hosting, app development, data security, and remote VPN. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Developer APIs and IT Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Codistas IT Services is based in Houston, Texas and around since 2016. More on codistas.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Codistas IT Services well, your review carries weight here.
