Tech Therapy

Tech Therapy offers IT services such as security and compliance, data migration, network and infrastructure upgrades, and virus protection. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting, IT Infrastructure, IT Management and Network Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tech Therapy is based in Houston, Texas and around since 2006. More on techtherapy.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
