Resourcex

Resourcex provides IT consulting, SAP, software development, application development, and sales force services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT Infrastructure. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Resourcex is based in Cumming, Georgia. You can read more at resourcexinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
