Hopenet Computer Specialists

Hopenet Computer Specialists offer repair, virus eradication, computer tech, on-call maintenance, upgrades, and slow PC fixes. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Network Security and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Hopenet Computer Specialists is based in Arlington, Washington. Their site is hopenetconsulting.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Hopenet Computer Specialists, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
