TORCH Software

TORCH Software offers a platform to simplify global shipping quotes, replacing emails and calls with automated digital tools. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Mobile Apps and Transportation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TORCH Software is based in Blaine, Minnesota and around since 2018. Their site is torchsoftware.com.
