Prosoom Solutions

Prosoom Solutions offers a real-time product search platform for transparent market data. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list E-Commerce and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Prosoom Solutions is based in Minden, Nevada. Their site is prosoom.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
