Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions LLC

Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions LLC is an IT-based firm that specializes in computer repair & training services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions LLC is based in Winchester, Virginia. You can read more at sharedknowledgets.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions LLC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
