Axon

Axon provides electronic control devices to law enforcement and corrections agencies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Electronics, GovTech and Hardware. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Axon is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and founded in 1993. Their site is axon.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
