Automation Creations

Automation Creations provides custom websites, software applications, learning solutions, IT support, and marketing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Automation Creations is based in Blacksburg, Virginia. Their site is aciwebs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Automation Creations, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
