SMR Consulting

SMR Consulting engages in project management and IT consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Property Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SMR Consulting is based in Newton, Massachusetts and around since 2001. More on smr.us.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SMR Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
