INTRASOFT

IntraSoft develops hardware/software-based modules as well as data control, collection and processing systems to solve monitoring,. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Electronics and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

INTRASOFT is based in St. Petersburg, Florida and founded in 2004. More on intrasoft-spb.ru.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know INTRASOFT well, your review carries weight here.
