ToonUps

ToonUps is a digital entertainment company creating online games and apps. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Gaming and Video Games. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ToonUps is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania and around since 2001. More on toonups.com.
