SpringGem Weather Information

SpringGem Weather Information provides current and forecasted weather and energy information as a free community service. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Broadcasting, Energy and Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SpringGem Weather Information is based in Potomac, Maryland and around since 2017. More on sg-weather.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
