Boston Research Journals

Boston Research Journals publishes peer-reviewed journals and provides submission, peer review, indexing, archiving, and author support. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Content, Content Delivery Network, Digital Media and E-Learning. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Boston Research Journals is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Their site is bostonresearch.org.
