CompuTek Solutions

Computek Solutions offering custom software development, platform-based consulting, outsourced product development and IT services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

CompuTek Solutions is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan and founded in 1999. Their site is computeksol.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CompuTek Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
