Freeportway

Freeportway provides comprehensive solutions for online multi-channel merchants, small to mid-sized catalog retailers and direct marketing. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Freeportway is based in Boston, Massachusetts. More on freeportway.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Freeportway well, your review carries weight here.
