vCandidates.com

vCandidates.com is a true subscription-based career ecosystem for serious candidates and active recruiting professionals. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, PaaS and Recruiting. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

vCandidates.com is based in Tempe, Arizona and founded in 2017. Their site is vcandidates.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with vCandidates.com, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
