Citadel

Citadel is a SaaS company specializing in video content delivery and DOOH software. Focused on serving businesses of all sizes. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Digital Marketing and Digital Signage. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Citadel is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2020. You can read more at citadelcenter.net.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Citadel well, your review carries weight here.
