eNikMa Solutions

eNikMa Solutions offers marketing tools and IT solutions. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. Related areas on their profile: Marketing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

eNikMa Solutions is based in Plantation, Florida. Their site is enikma.com.

Things worth asking about: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with eNikMa Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
