Insight Business Solutions

Insight Business Solutions is a software firm that specializes in programming, outsourcing support and manufacturing execution with ERP. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Small and Medium Businesses and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Insight Business Solutions is based in Scotts Valley, California. Their site is insightbiz.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Insight Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
