Pack Systems

Pack Systems provides infrastructure and business services for the startups. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Infrastructure, Productivity Tools and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pack Systems is based in San Jose, California. You can read more at pack.io.
