Parijat Controlware

Parijat Controlware is an industrial automation and controls solution company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Industrial, Industrial Automation, Information Services and Manufacturing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Parijat Controlware is based in Houston, Texas. More on parijat.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Parijat Controlware, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
