Tanson Corp

Tanson Corp offers IT consulting, IT staffing, application development, e-commerce development, data warehousing, and business intelligence. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Business Intelligence, Consulting, E-Commerce, Information Services and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tanson Corp is based in Bloomington, Minnesota. You can read more at tansoncorp.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
