Optimal Synthesis

Optimal Synthesis offers software design, innovative research, consulting, systems analysis and technology development services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Aerospace, Consulting, Government, Intelligent Systems and Product Research. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optimal Synthesis is based in Los Altos, California. Their site is optisyn.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Optimal Synthesis? Rate it.
