MarathonSoft

Marathon Soft offers software development, IT consulting, and recruitment services, including cloud and quality assurance solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MarathonSoft is based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. You can read more at marathonsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
