Shretech

Shretech is a technology solution company for IT, real estate and software projects. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Shretech is based in Frisco, Texas and founded in 2005. More on shretech.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Shretech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
