Zuccotech

Zuccotech provides custom software, cloud integration, machine learning, digital consulting, and IT staffing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting and Machine Learning. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zuccotech is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at zucco.tech.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
