Henri

Henri is a software that provides an online platform for property management services, rent payments, maintenance requests, and dating. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Henri is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and around since 2016. You can read more at henrihome.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
