Digital Formation

Digital Formation provides software products, presentation systems, training, consultation & technical services for the oil & gas industry. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Technical Support. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Digital Formation is based in Littleton, Colorado. You can read more at digitalformation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
